During the booking process, please place any request, preference or comment regarding the booking itself in Notes and Special Requests. Our team will make every efforts to comply with your wishes, however, please note that all requests are dependent on availability on the day of arrival.
Meals
The Buffet Breakfast (Breakfast) is included for all its occupants in the price of all rooms available for booking, except for rooms or apartments in “ ROOM ONLY” regime or Special Promotions that indicate the opposite. However, you may select your breakfast as an extra, if you prefer.

It is explained in the description of each room their respective maximum capacity. Please check them before booking.

Extra Beds and Crib – BEDROOMS
– A child under 3 years old will stay free of charge in a crib. Free!
– One child from 3 to 12 years are charged 15% the value of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
– An older child (s) or adult (s) will be charged 30% the value of the room rate per night in an extra bed.
– Maximum capacity of extra bed (s) / crib (s) in a room is 1. (Except Family Room, max. 4)
– Any type of extra bed or crib is subject to availability and must be confirmed.

– One child under 3 years will stay free of charge in a crib. Free!
– An older child (s) or adult (s) will be charged 15% the value of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
– Maximum capacity of extra bed (s) / cradle (s) in a room is 1. (Except studio apartment which is not possible)
– Any type of extra bed or crib is subject to availability and must be confirmed.

PRIVACY AND COOKIES
Guarantees / Prepayments
All data on your credit card inserted in the hotel website is totally safe because the booking process is entirely encrypted.
We do not debit credit cards as collateral, except for booking rooms with rates Pre Paid and Non Refundable.
To check the validity of Credit cards provided, the Hotel reserves the right to make a Pre-Authorization of the cards in the figures for the whole stay.
This Pre Authorization is not a debit but will appear on your card account as a transaction, being automatically deleted by your bank after 5 days.
Cancellation Policies
Please note that in case of early departure the total amount of the reservation will be charged. These cancellation policies do not exempt you from consulting your reservation. At specific rates, other cancellation policies may apply.
